What is a SuiteDash Design Plan?

As the name suggests, a SuiteDash Design Plan is a step-by-step guide that directs you through applying the features and functions of your SuiteDash portal to serve best the unique ways you do business. It is created by our own SuiteDash System Architect, who understands the features of SuiteDash and can streamline your setup process through a step-by-step, phase-by-phase development plan. This helps you implement your system quickly and efficiently, regardless of your industry or ideas for using the portal.

As Agency Partners of SuiteDash, the biggest challenge we see most new SuiteMates face is the learning curve of connecting all the dots that SuiteDash provides. This is where having advanced knowledge and experience in system development is particularly helpful. Just like we do for other web applications, we start with a plan that addresses the look, feel, and functionality of your portal. (To be honest – this is the most challenging part!) Then, instead of handing it over to our Development Team to construct, we deliver the plan to you so you can follow the step-by-step instructions on your own and handle the construction yourself.

How Does It Work?

You start with a Discovery Meeting with our System Architect to learn more specifically about your business and the intended ways you see SuiteDash simplifying your business or saving you money. Our Architect goes to work, examining the logic of the system as well as the information you have to identify the best course of action. The product you receive is a visual workflow of the process of creating your portal, along with access to your own pre-set, easy-to-understand workflow that guides you step-by-step in efficiently creating your system.

How Long Does It Take?

The time it takes to both design and set up your SuiteDash portal can depend on each company and the functions within SuiteDash that are applied to their operations. We have had clients who are larger companies (20+ employees) take over a year to get their system fully designed and smoothly implemented. In contrast, smaller businesses or solo entrepreneurs can take 30 days to a few months – we have found that this time depends on how quickly they need to make the transition into SuiteDash. The Design Plan itself depends on the features you’re using and the automation involved. We have seen it take from 3-5 days to become an ongoing project as new phases of SuiteDash are implemented into their business. The time it takes to build out the Plan depends on the time you can devote to completing the tasks prepared for you. Because we are more familiar with SuiteDash, the built-for-you option is best for those who need it up and running quickly.

No problem. At any point, if you have a question, you will have options readily available to send us a message schedule a meeting with our Staff to get you back on course, or coach you through other ideas that arise as you experience the benefits of the system.

What If I Change My Mind and Want You To Build Out for Me?

No worries. We have encountered situations where professionals experience busy times in their craft or their lives but want to keep things moving and have reached out to help. If that should happen to you, we simply take the Plan we created and pick up where you left off. It has been added to our Production Schedule, and our Development Team will build it out for you. How Much Does a SuiteDash Design Plan Cost?

Builder Plans start at $700 and will increase based on the functionality and complexity of the functionality, integrations, and workflows required. It includes a document that outlines each section of your build so you have it for structure design, overall system backup, and employee transition purposes. After meeting with our Architect, you’ll be given a formal quote for your project, with payment options that keep this transformation affordable.
