Questions About Search Engine Optimization

What package should I start with?

We find that for most clients, Growth best suits their general needs. Foundation suits you if your just getting started, or need to improve your local placement. Momentum is for more competitive markets or when you want faster progress. In all cases, you can scale up or down as needed – just let us know.

Is content writing included?

Foundation does not include new long-form content. Growth includes one monthly Growth Action, which can be a short local-focused piece. Momentum includes two. Extra content pieces beyond that are $250–$600 each

Do you work with specific industries?

We’ve had the pleasure to work with many local businesses – small and large. The industries we have served include hotel/hospitality, restaurants, health and wellness, manufacturing, retail, home contractors, and business services.

How does it work if I have more than one location?

There is an additional +$150/mo per additional location and includes Google Business Profile and location support.

How long does it take to see results?

It really depends on the foundation you have in place when we begin working together. If we have a good solid foundation to begin targeting our efforts, then results happen faster than later. That said, even with situations where we need to fix some foundational elements, we typically see positive responses somewhere within 4-8 weeks. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee any results because there are too many other pieces outside our control, but we stand behind our work and you’ll be able to validate your expense.

What if my website is a mess?

That can happen, but we are here to help. When a site needs it, we recommend a one-time SEO Reset ($750–$1,500) so the monthly work builds on solid ground.

How do you measure and report the results?

The results we report are mostly in the numbers. We focus on a very targeted conversation and put in place data markers that identify how someone engaged with that conversation. Over time, we watch that conversation to identify if any adjustments are necessary and discuss this information with you on a monthly basis, before any adjustments or new strategies are implemented.

Do you offer any discounts for your Non-Profit organizations?

We do! For valid non-profit organizations, we offer a 15% savings making the monthly recurring fee. You can apply when you sign-up.
